We've made updating your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) settings on HSeLanD as easy as possible to ensure you can always keep them up to date.
Once you've signed in to HSeLanD, select your account icon and then Manage MFA.
This will take you to a dedicated page where you can see all the Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) options available to you, as well as the methods you’ve already set up.
At the top of the page, you’ll find the Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) setup options you can choose from. You must have at least one method enabled, but we strongly recommend setting up more than one. This ensures you’ll always have a backup option if one method isn’t available.
If you’d like to add another MFA method, check out the linked article below for step-by-step instructions.

Further down the page, you’ll see a list of the MFA methods you’ve already configured. From here, you can deactivate any method you no longer use, giving you full control over your account security.
Because you’ll need to authenticate each time you sign in to HSeLanD, it’s important to keep this list up to date. For example, if you’ve set up MFA using the Authenticator App on your old phone and have now switched to a new device, you should deactivate the old method and set up a new one.
Simply select Deactivate and confirm when prompted.
Finally, make sure to remove the old account from your authenticator app as well. This prevents confusion and keeps your device tidy for future sign-ins.
To delete the factor on Microsoft Authenticator:
- Select the account from the homepage.
- Select the cog at the top right to access the settings.
- Select Remove account.
