If you already have a HSeLanD account from a previous role, please do not create a new one. Your existing account can and should be updated as you progress through your career, starting with your first placement as NCHD. This ensures your training history and records remain intact and accessible in the organisation where you are working.
To update your existing account
- Log in to https://ids.hseland.ie/Account/Login/
- Select the 'update your profile' link
- Update your organisation/hospital, personnel number, date of birth, location and role.
- You may not be able to verify your account. If you have any issues when verifying your account using your personal number and date of birth, please visit our help article - HSE Verification - Learner Guide
If you are unsure whether you have an account, try the Forgot Username or Forgot Password options on the login page before registering a new one.
